We could not access our original rooms as the lift was broken and my 89 year old mother could not go up the stairs. "Had a great stay, easy check in, reception went above and beyond to make me comfortable during my stay. Great location as so close to the airport but quiet enough to get a great nights sleep! The room was lovely and clean and well appointed. Tea/coffee bathroom bits etc. Only issue I had was the bathroom fan was on all night and the aircon turned itself off making for a warm night but other than that I cannot fault it. Highly recommend!"
