"This is a hotel that unfortunately wouldn’t recommend. The hotel is 25 minutes walking to main attractions in Tirania, which is not bad because we love to walk.
When we got there, no person was at the front desk . The person was undoubtedly very nice and helped with the bags , to locate with the attractions and park the car, which is limited,we were really concern that we would be stuck with the car, once we must catch a flight around 1am. Cars should be moving around to be free to go, but it worked.
What I most dislike is that our room was at the basement, this was unexpected, the room was obviously little dark, shower box is at the front of the bed and has a separate toilet room. The room was clean, mattress and pillows were nice.
I hate to give a bad review, this was an okay hotel and a honest opinion,.We stayed the past days in much better hotels and maybe these hotels spoiled us."
"Do not book this hotel as a prepaid Expedia room. We showed up to check in and the front desk told us they never received the money from Expedia. They refused to let us stay there without paying a second time. Expedia chat help was useless. We ended up paying a second time to stay in the room. Not sure where the break down was, but I will be disputing the original charge with my bank."
"The property is located in an ideal location within short walking distance to Skanderbeg square, Toptani shopping center and Tirana Castle. Staff was very helpful and professional and rooms were quite nice and clean."
"The room was excellent, and you can't beat the location for being so central. The breakfast was very good too. When I go back to Tirana I will be sure to book with UFO rooms again"
"We absolutely loved our stay at Ebel Boutique Hotel. From the moment you walk in, the traditional aesthetic sets it apart from the typical modern hotel — the design and décor have a real warmth and character that you don’t often find, and it made the whole experience feel special rather than generic.
The rooms are surprisingly spacious — far more generous than you’d expect at this price point — and the beds are genuinely one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. We woke up well-rested, which set a great tone for the day.
Breakfast is simple, homely and delicious — exactly what you want. It felt like a home-cooked meal rather than a mass-produced hotel buffet. It is a fantastic choice for families. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and nothing felt off-limits or overly formal.
A special mention has to go to the lady at reception, who helped us a lot in getting the correct taxi for our luggage.
If you’re visiting Tirana and want somewhere with soul, comfort and genuine hospitality, Ebel Boutique is a great choice."
"Reception is a small desk in the corner with one employee. Took over 30 minutes to check in. Then they gave me a twin bed room when I reserved a full. 10 more minutes at reception to get moved. Told that parking is beneath the building so I pulled into an unfinished parking garage. As I left the attendent said it was the wrong place. Then proceeded to charge me an hour parking when I was there two minutes. The correct garage was also unfinished and someone blocked me in after I found a place amongst the debri. No sign of an elevator or exit signs so we had to lug our luggage through the costruction site till we found a way out. Wall shaking jackhammer noise all afternoon. No oulets near the bed. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Room lighting was impossible to figure out. Breakfast was no better. The scrambled eggs were indeible, looked like they made them last week. The coffee machine broke down three times while we were there. No real juice, only flavored sugar water. The rest of the buffet was no better. Came in in the afternoon and there were two secutity guards, both on their phones. No joke, I actually waved my hand in front of the face of the one sitting near the door, and he didn't even look up. The elevators are door key activated and my wife had the key, so I asked someone working in the lobby where the stairs were. They told me there were no stairs. I asked someone else who took me into the staff only area to a staircase. At my floor there was no handle on the door."
"I had an amazing stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent—from the cleanliness and delicious food to the incredibly friendly staff. I really enjoyed my week here and can’t wait to come back again. Thank you so much for everything! Edlira"
"We enjoyed our stay at the Nee W hotel. The bus into the centre the 8a was 40 lek. This was really convenient. The hotel was lovely and clean and modern. We would stay there again"
