"The hotel is in a great location. However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. Breakfast was very sub-par (and expensive) - promising the usual (eggs benedict, pancakes, etc.) but then we were told that they weren't available. Throughout our stay no one was friendly or helpful (apart from the room...

"De kamer was groot en schoon, het personeel vriendelijk en er zijn veel faciliteiten. Het hotel is echter wel een beetje gedateerd en wij vonden de kwaliteit van het ontbijt buffet tegenvallen. De roomservice voor ontbijt daarintegen was goedkoper én beter dan het ontbijtbuffet. Al met al een goede ervaring maar het hotel heeft wel wat liefde nodig om een boost te krijgen."

"The rooms are really spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The hotel is situated at a great location in the city if you need easy access to local transport and walk to the central or around sites. It's a bit noisy during the day but quiets down by night. Plenty of restaurants around, local and otherwise."

"Good located hotel, 5 minute walk from central station (or get bus 175 from airport stops at same place) free breakfast included. Good size room and quiet from road noise outside. Bed comfy, decent sized bathroom. All staff encountered were very helpful when needed. Little supermarket next to hotel too. Easy access to get trams, buses or trains to wherever needed."

"Amazing hotel . Rooms are little outdated but clean . View facing downtown is really nice specially if you are on high floor . Breakfast is the best I ever had . Huge variety of meats cheese fruits vegetables. Freshly squeezed juices and smoothies. Also hotel stuff and security are very helpful and Accommodating. Definitely will be staying here next time Im in Warsaw"

The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Warsaw. "

"Personale sempre super gentile e disponibile. La colazione varia ma potrebbe migliorare la qualità ( unica nota dolente ), la camera pulita e confortevole ma i cuscini sarebbero da cambiare. Posizione ottima vicino alle metro M1 e M2 e si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro storico con una bella passeggiata di un'ora."
