However, the reception team were less than helpful - issuing us the wrong room initially and then, after swapping the room couldn't have been less interested in helping us move, or find the new room or any kind of explanation as to the mistake. Breakfast was very sub-par (and expensive) - promising the usual (eggs benedict, pancakes, etc.) but then we were told that they weren't available. "Hotel was close to Warsaw Central station. Lots of dining options nearby and it’s in a very walkable area. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and omelets made to order. Our room was very spacious and clean and we had a good bird’s eye view of the street."

"Super convenient location. Excellent and clean - kitchenette and bathroom were amazing. Beautiful room and high ceilings. The independence of checking in and having a code was really great - staff were lovely - agree to water and coffee was helpful. Right in centrum, close to everything you want access to. "The rooms are really spacious, the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. The hotel is situated at a great location in the city if you need easy access to local transport and walk to the central or around sites. It's a bit noisy during the day but quiets down by night. Plenty of restaurants around, local and otherwise."

"Nice apartment in a central location in a secure building. It's in an area with many shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. We highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Warsaw. "
