The place is just OK, at best. They were no staff there, and it was difficult to communicate with them via email, or text, or Expedia, and you may or may not get a reply. Check-in instructions were not adequate and if you show up early, the place, and the adjoining pub, is closed...

"We were very pleased with the hotel, clean, modern with spacious bedroom a very comfortable bed and great shower. The staff were very polite especially the gentleman who served us in the bar area. We also found it to be a great location for restaurants and bars plus ( go to the top of the street and turn right ) it was only a short walk to the shopping centre and the harbour too. "A very nice hotel, the rooms at the rear of the hotel were former farm buildings which have been completely renovated. There is a wet room ensuite which is well appointed. The restaurant has a good choice of food which is excellently cooked and presented. The breakfast menu which has to be ordered the evening before was slightly confusing until I worked out that the price stays the same and you just tick your personal choices. Well sited and only 6 minutes from the Bristol Airport Silver Zone...
