"Brett at the front desk welcomed us on Friday and got us an early check in, my husband is claustrophobic so he gave us a wonderful high ceiling room on the ground floor, all the other staff were wonderful"

"I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights housekeeping did not check my room once I never got new towels trash was never collected even when there was 2 adults and 3 kids in one room. Also The water pressure was not the best"

"This hotel is in need of repair. The pull out sofa had more rips and tears than what should ever be seen. Way over priced for what you get"

"Terrible !!! Dirty not clean the owner was rude and didn’t care about the conditions of the room. I asked for partial refund and was denied. Rat poop in the heaters. Dog hair in tubs dead bugs. Body fluids everywhere! Also drug dealers outside with guns. The owner still didn’t care what they were doing. Don’t go to this place it should be shut down !"

"The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay."

"The rooms at this hotel reserved specifically for Expedia customers are only at the front of the place. The front is about 150 ft. From a major highway. Trucks, tractor trailer, motorcycles. Loud cars racing up Rt. 50s made for one of the loudest, disturbed sleeps ever. We asked for a room facing away from the highway, but we were told we needed to pay full price for another room. No paying the difference between room price. She did offer 10% for the new room, but the cost was still...

"It would have been a nicer stay if they weren’t ripping up flooring and had the awful headache causing smell of epoxy everywhere. The hotel room we were in was in another wing- and you had to pass all around the convention rooms to get there. Thankfully we were able to use the shuttle to go into downtown Annapolis and enjoy the nice weather. We tried to spend as much time outside as possible."
