"The Ruby Lucy hotel is decent for the price but I wouldn't call it a 4 star hotel. The rooms are VERY small. There isn't a proper enclosed washroom; the sink is outside the toilet in the room itself. The location is fantastic - just 10 minute walk from The London Eye and all the major tourist attractions. There are also great food options nearby. The location is really what you are paying for The staff are really friendly and helpful. Overall, would recommend if you are a tourist and are looking...

"Staff were excellent, close to tube stations, we tried to get a reservation our first day at the rooftop bar but they couldn't accommodate us due to low staffing. They did allow us to see the views. Only 1 elevator working our 3 days, long waits unfortunately. Room was cozy, there was a heatwave during our visit and AC didn't bring down the temperature as much as we would have liked. Overall a nice hotel in a fairly quiet area."

"Love the unique style of the hotel. Great view over the Thames and St Paul's.
Decent but not great restaurant: staff enquire about allergies but food prep not quite aligned, don't think SC is really on top of this.
