"It’s not like staying at a Premier Inn or Travelodge but does the job. Could do with some updating and don’t expect an early breakfast as it starts at 9am. You get what you pay for to be honest and the bed was comfy, loo, shower there so just what you need essentially. Wi-Fi just didn’t work in my room which I’m guessing was because I was at the top so a boaster would help. Replenishing of tea and coffee, biscuits etc in the room would be great. "We were at the Oyo hotel due to our other chalet being unavailable. When we arrived at the Oyo Stade hotel was so outdated. The Oyo Stade hotel lacked air conditioning, outlets, good mattresses and bed frames. The windows do not open Al the way so It was extremely hot. We asked for an extra fan and they accommodated us with that. They NOT have any laundry services available and the laundromats nearby open and close at inconvenient hours as we were there for a three day conference with a long day...

"The view from my accommodation and also that of my family members in the two next door was way better than the picture - literally 'tree tops' - looking across the Kent countryside through mature trees. The terrace was perfect for sitting out. The rooms were modern and really lovely, air conditioned, well equipped and with a sliding Japanese style door for privacy when the kids were in bed. "Lovely staff clean room"

"Room cleaned but had very old smell. Construction sound outside (they can't help it but just be aware) I plugged in my laptop and it blew the fuse in the room. Parking is pricy as is the restaurant but still nice to have. Staff, fantastic - no notes."
