"Easy check in, clean room, the first hotel pillow in ages that’s actually the right height on its own (always find 1 pillow not enough, 2 too much, but here 1 was perfect). Shower was excellent, powerful and hot. It’s a bit dated, but superb value for money. "

The staff were super communicative in the lead up to the booking, they'd asked if we'd prefer a room away from the hall which was hosting a Motown night since they saw we had an infant with us, and they called on the day to ask if we'd prefer the sofa bed or cot for the infant.
