"Amethyst is my all-time favorite hostel. It was my first time hostel hoping, and I wasn't sure if I would make friends. Enter Saiful. He invited me to dinner where I got to know other travelers, who I ended up spending the rest of my time in KL with, visiting everything from the Batu Caves to the Putrajaya Pink Mosque. "Location is awesome! The famous Jalan Alor food street is just a couple-of-minute walk away and everything in Bukit Bintang area is walkable, yet the area around the hotel is not busy. I loved the convenience and how clean, comfortable, and modern the hotel was. Food was pretty good and cheap, staff was friendly and very helpful, and the room was pretty and cosy. This accommodation is definitely good value for money!"

"Apartment is clean, gym was superb, breakfast spread esp the fruit bar was amazing. There’s still room for improvement for food spread. Pillows are a tad soft. I just came bk from JPN and their pillows are out of this world. Loved the prime location. "
