"It was a very pleasant stay. the checking in and check out process was swift and painless. The only issue I had was with my parcel that I had left at concierge. I requested for the 2 concierge staff to help me tie it up in order to make it easier to check in at airport. When I returned at night to go to airport, the parcel was very poorly tied up with tiny pieces of cotton strings attached together. It was too late to remedy the situation. My past experience with them had always been pleasant, this time round was a surprise, "

"I’ve stayed several times at this hotel for work and leisure. It’s well-maintained, clean, conveniently located (near shopping mall, next to train station, lots of dining options in this area). Service at the hotel is very good. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended "

"We really loved our weekend getaway to KL. We're loving Damansara and Bagsar both of which offer many new trendy f&b spots. The rooms and service at the hotel were top notch, the only area needing improvment was the pool. There was literally no service and when you went to the bar, the bartender seemed disengaged and couldn't even make an Aperol Sprtiz? It's on the bar menu btw... The whole area was a bit of a let down, otherwise, great hotel and superb value for money."
