"The Staff was great. The room was not. The TV did not work. Tried everything but it wouldn’t let me connect to the Internet or broadcast from my phone. The first day, my towel smelled like vinegar, the second day my towel had stains on them. The room was also really really warm and I always had to play around with the thermostat. The phones in the room did not seem to work properly. Multiple times I called the front desk and it will ring and the one time they picked up they couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello, hello” and you can’t say it’s because of language barrier because I speak French. The “restaurant” options were quite limited for dinner. I didn’t have breakfast so I can’t speak on that. With that said, the staff was nice but the hotel could’ve been better. "

"Nice hotel with a great location near Orsay and Bures sur Yvette. The little apartments and kitchenettes are very convenient and functional. The hotel is nicely renovated and clean and the staff is super helpful."

"This is regarding the daily cleaning service for my room, during my recent stay of four nights, I noticed that the room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I had expected daily cleaning services to be included. I did speak with the cleaning staff meet in the corridor, and he mentioned that I should discuss this matter with the reception team. I would appreciate if this property could clarify the cleaning policies and ensure that daily cleaning services are provided. "
