"I was left waiting while staff finished a conversation, and they gave me the wrong room key. The front door key didn’t work, so I had to wake the night staff. Breakfast is advertised online, at reception, and in your room. There hadn't been breakfast since covid. Not terrible, but a shabby place with little effort being shown lately."
