"Everything was good except when we checked in we were told our cabin would be serviced on the third day of our stay. It wasn't and when we stopped at the front office the other desk clerk said "Well, you have to request it" Come on, if we were told it would be, then later told we have to request it, that is on the front office communication. Get the right information out to the guests. Bad job on that side. The property was very nice and well maintained. Felt very safe and comfortable. Beds were just as comfortable as the Hilton properties which I typically stay on business trips. Over all, I would stay here again, but know that I will specify my housekeeping cleaning day at check-in."

"From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional experience. The room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The ocean view was truly breathtaking and added an unforgettable touch to the entire stay. There was something special about being able to unwind while taking in the beauty of the ocean right from the room. Overall, this was an exceptional stay from beginning to end. The combination of the beautiful ocean views, pristine accommodations, convenient location, and outstanding service made it feel like a true luxury getaway. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay."

"Overall, it was a good stay. We had a Quiet room but the location on property was poor. One side faced the property parking lot while the opposite side faced a construction parking lot. We should’ve been offered a discount since, as in the online photos, it showed nothing but pretty greenery and hanging plants. It was nice to have lunch at the umbrella tables in the center of the property. We arrived after the office was closed, but the self-check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was a little weird that they put the refrigerator in the bathroom. Property location was great! We could walk down the street one way to the shops, galleries, and restaurants, or out the other directions into the neighborhoods."
