"Lovely location and good chalet. Just needs a bit of focus -dishwasher doesn’t work as jets completely chalked up. No towels or bedding in one of the bedrooms on arrival, although did fiz this quickly the next day after it was reported. Excruciating when the whole evening when you’re sat in the living area, the floor above scrape chairs across the floor making your ceiling shudder. Perhaps a bit of felt under the chairs legs?"

"This place is by far the most beautiful we’ve seen in all of Switzerland. The location is perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The view is absolutely magnificent! The apartment is charming and fully stocked with everything you need. There’s a grocery store conveniently located on the lower floor of the building, and a laundry room available for use free of charge. I will definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends and family. Next time we’re in Switzerland, we will absolutely stay here again!"

"My stay here far exceeded my expectations and I did wonder whether there was anything else I would suggest, but there was nothing I would add. As a solo traveller I found the hotel to be very accommodating and would return here with friend and family. The breakfast was good and had options for different dietary requirements, although if you’re vegan it may be worth double checking ingredients with the team. Everyone was so well mannered and helpful. At times, it felt like I was using the facilities for the first time as they were so clean. There is no air conditioning but I didn’t find this to be a problem at all in warmer weather as the room stayed quite cool naturally. The spa was barely used and I found the experience so peaceful. Well done to the team here! "

"The hotel exceeded our expectations from check in to the moment we left. The location is so beautiful and peaceful yet a short walk to the main street. The room was clean and there was adequate space for our family of 4. The breakfast was good and we dined twice at the restaurant. The food was delicious and prices reasonable. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was stellar! Thank you Hotel Edelweiss for providing a memorable stay for our family. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Wengen. "
