"All good - location, clean, friendly staff -- just a bit expensive"

"Cozy and cool property just a block away from the harbor. Great location to"

"This property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, very private, in a perfect location for everything Santa Barbara has to offer"

"We stayed at Casa Riviera, because my fíance and I got married at the Santa Barbara courthouse. I was so impressed how clean this hotel was! We felt comfortable, safe, and cozy. We will definitely be staying here again when we come down for our anniversary’s! <3"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Beach House Inn! The property was incredibly clean, beautifully updated, and had such a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything felt well-maintained, and we especially appreciated how safe and secure the property was. Parking was also excellent, convenient, and hassle-free! Overall, a peaceful and comfortable place to stay. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!"

"Marvelous staff!! We felt right at home from the moment we walked through the door. Beautiful accommodations and all food was deliciously prepared. Can’t wait for our next stay."

"The facilities were a bit basic for the price point, but it's still a decent option to keep in mind if you're looking for a place to stay."

"We loved the location being on State Street and the historical significance of the hotel as well. The room was beautiful and very well designed / decorated. The bathroom could have had more hooks for towels. Also, the room was missing a dresser or an area to put your clothes in. It seemed kind of odd that there really was not a place to put your clothes. There really wasn't a great area to relax at the hotel (like an outside patio (on the roof?)). I realize that you are limited with space but...

"Location. The Hotel is so beautiful, chic and close to everything. Very friendly staff."
