"It is exactly what you look for in a budget hotel option but I do wish it was a little bit less expensive given the offering. It isn't overly nice or updated but it is generally clean and in a great location for walking to things downtown."

"Had a fantastic stay at Ben View Guest House. The rooms were clean, comfortable and in a great location, with a really welcoming atmosphere throughout. A special mention to Dio, who was absolutely fantastic from start to finish — friendly, helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, and his hospitality really made the experience stand out. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!"

"Neil is a phenomenal host who has thought of everything. And if you want to know about the history of Scotland or England or want to discuss it, you've come to the right place! He's incredibly knowledgeable about a variety of topics. He's also a tremendous cook and has a great sense of humor. And the view of Ben Nevis right out the window is to die for. We slept very well in the super comfortable bed and woke to the sound of chirping birds."

Other than that the male receptionist was fab and helpful, would definitely save him in a house fire. 9/10 stay"

"This was a beautiful surprise. We needed a one night stay in the area and I booked this place. I wished we stayed longer. The location is excellent. The property surrounding is well maintained and beautiful. The hotel, restaurant, and room are cozy and welcoming. I even joked that if I ever decide to get married, I want it to be here."

"We stayed in the 2-bedroom pet-friendly chalet for 4 nights and unfortunately left feeling disappointed given the price paid (£737). The location is excellent and makes a great base for exploring Fort William, but the accommodation itself felt tired and dated. The WiFi barely worked throughout our stay, meaning Netflix and YouTube were unusable, and the TV channels regularly lost signal. Several maintenance issues were noticeable, including a wobbly toilet seat, an oven that took much longer...

"客室:5号室、部屋は広くてベッドも広い、バスタブもあって最高だと思った。最初は。くつろごうとしてすぐに、異常な振動と騒音があることに気づいた。最初は換気扇かと思ったが口コミを見るとどうも下が厨房で、その設備の振動らしい。夜は23時まで朝は7時から。この部屋を貸す判断をしている方は一度泊まってみたらどうか。室内の場所にもよるがかなりキツイ。古いが掃除はちゃんとされているのできれい。ただ、じゅうたんはダイソンの掃除機を使ったらもっときれいにならないだろうか。振動のせいで全てが悪く見えてきた。 スタッフ:親切 朝食:パンなどのバイキングと選択式の朝食。ボリュームもあり美味しかった。 駐車場:あるけど台数は少なめ。最後の1台で停めれた。真横なので便利だが、停められなかったらと思うとゾッとする。 ロケーション:街の中心部まですぐでレストランやおしゃれな土産物屋も多く、良かった。(ホテルとは関係ないが、金曜の夜19時はレストランはどこも人で溢れていて夕食に難儀した。)"
