When we checked in at the front desk. It was going through remodeling and there was no sign to indicate. The receptionist guy was unfriendly. He was asking like how long ago we made the reservation. I told him over a month ago. When we went to the room. The WiFi was very poor and we tried a few time to connect and was unsuccessful. Plus the door was very tight and was hard to open. I went down to the receptionist desk to ask for a change of room. The same receptionist guy immedicately said that the hotel was fully booked and no room for me to change. I responded that there was no way the hotel was fully booked as I saw the restaurant was not busy at all. Then he conceded that he would ask his lead to approve the exchange. The lead lady was quite pleasant and helpful. She agreed with us and asked the guy to change our room. Then the guy gave me the key. When we got to the new room, to my surprise. The top door could not be locked. Then we decided not to switch just for the sake of safety and comprising not to get WiFi the whole stay. That was our experience.
