"The mattress was horrible. The pool was suddenly closed without explanation and information about the duration of the closure. The breakfast options were very limited. The hotel itself is very nice and the arcade room is a plus."

"This hotel is higher on the cost spectrum. No problem as it quite an attractive property so I opt for it. Have stayed maybe 10 times. Frankly not again. First, I am so unhappy with expensive hotels nickle & diming guests. Charging for things that, totally acceptable but much less expensive hotels, just offer courteously. Bottle water in the room $5. Ridiculous parking fee. I don't expect a room with a view of Long Island Sound...but had a vast expense of a tar paper roof. I COULD however see the tips of trees way off it the distance. Then the internet wouldn't connect. The front desk just shoved me off onto an off-shore generic IT help service which after 1 minute I knew that sitting in Bangalore was not going to help me at all getting a WiFi signal from the router downstairs in Greenwich CT. I don't think I will stay an 11th time."

"Potholes in parking lot will kill you. Room was clean, but no ice bucket, towels(1 hand towel, 2 towels) for a 2 night stay in over 80 weather for 2 nights- 2 women? Alarm clock didn't work properly. Gym was down and I don't think pool or restaurant were open either. Plus side, staff were nice and accommodating."

"This was the best hotel experience in a long time. The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The exercise and yoga equipment in the room was a surprising treat. The staff was friendly and efficient. It was truly a memorable experience. We will definitely stay again."

"This place was nasty it had a damp smell probably smoke. I could tell immediately that the sheets weren't fresh I pulled them back & too many hair was in the bed & a few on pillows not to mention the bathroom hairs stuck on the wall & the shower was dirty. Thank God I travel with disposable sheets & lysol, dettol & bleach. I wipe the floors with a rag & it was filthy dirty & lots of hair. Of course I forgot to take pictures it was late. I checked in at 11:46pm so I couldn't change rooms matter a fact cancel it was already late... I was outta there at 5am...check out is at 12noon oh gosh how can I forgot the parking situation its a joke it only hold like 15 cars & it's always full no parking on the street, but a garage that you have to pay for is 2 blocks down."
