Offered very convenient airport shuttle, the beds were comfortable and room was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast included, basic options but coffee and tea available all day. Overall enjoyed stay and would definitely stay again."

"As a solo female traveler, I was a bit surprised at the location of my “first” room. I was at the very end of the hall, next to the stair well and across from the trash room. The hallway did smell a bit because the trash room door was propped open but the room itself did not. I was not comfortable with the location so requested a room change - something closer to an elevator - more in the mix and was accommodated without question. "The staff had no clue where things were the breakfast was messy juice machine broken coffee machine also they had a pot of crappy coffee.there pool was down and that is why I chose this spot.was told it hasn't worked in years.managment were rude.i never used this site to travel and I'm not very happy at all with my very expensive trip.the hotel was old and rundown the outside wasn't kept up the TV had 26 channels and half were blurry.i would like to know why you have this place as an option it...

"The Rooms are nice except the walls are too thin, you can hear your neighbors voices. The Wash Cloths needs better care, they are dingy. The Manger was nice , the spaces in the parking lot are too close . I asked for a Room on the back side , he stated they were taken. The Back side have Sitting Chairs by the door , and the front side doesn’t. I am debating whether to stay there again."

"I have stayed at hotels offering free breakfasts before, but by comparison, those free breakfasts couldn't hold a candle to what ChefRobert at the Holiday Day Inn Express BDL, put on! The eggs were fresh, cooked to perfection, the bacon fresh, crisp perfect! In fact, everything was excellent and beyond expectations! Hats off to Robert, for an excellent culinary experience"

My only complaints are that I arrived at 11:00 am and room wasn’t ready until 1:00 pm, and the bed was very hard not very comfortable. Other than that I would recommend it , if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in the Sturbridge, Ma. Area"

"The hotel is run down and everything looks dirty. The room was so hot when we arrived as the A/C was off. The bathroom was so small that the sink was in the room itself. The toilet tank cover was mismatched. The furniture was chipped, and the blanket was super thin and the pillows small and lumpy. Wallpaper peeling, looked like mold on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the toilet was very low. The only good thing was the proximity to the airport."
