Abbie on reception took it upon herself to sort out the error and advised us to relax in the bar while she sorted it out. "This was a nice room for two people and all the facilities were as described. The photos are an accurate representation. Great communication via WhatsApp/text with Kelvin House prior to our departure, which was greatly appreciated. It would be useful to have a mirror in the room as well as in the shared bathroom.
