"Friendly staff, good location. I bit noisy due to construction. The room looked a bit dated. My room bath tub have green paint. And the light bulb have different color. 1 will be soft white and other will be daylight. Hilton hotel I stayed is always consistently using soft white bulbs."

"Very disappointing experience The hotel charged me $35 claiming the towel was dirty which makes no sense because towels are supposed to be used. It felt like they were just looking for extra ways to charge guests swimming pool was closed without any warning which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel The rooms and hallways were dusty and did not feel clean at all"

"We had a wonderful stay at "THE ELEGANTE"! The place was very clean, comfortable, and nicely air-conditioned, which made a huge difference in the desert heat. We enjoyed staying in the King Room Concierge. Also enjoyed the food and the ambiance of the Concierge Lounge. People were kind and friendly. Especially the morning breakfast! We will certainly return. This was our second time staying there and plan to go again in the future !"

"Do not recommend property. Was not able to speak with supervisor/manager Friday, Sat, or Sunday. Staff is friendly but not knowledgeable nor has means of completing resolution to issues. *does not offer Smart TV/ Streaming services as advertised. Very disappointed."

"This place was great for a family to stay for one or two nights. The breakfast was great and amenities were nice on the inside. The outside of the place is a bit dated and probably needs a facelift but inside is really nice and that’s where the magic is. It’s a nice place and staff is really friendly. They have much to offer. If you can deal with the outside, it makes the inside of this hotel much more worth your while."

"The property is under construction, phones didn't work. I made reservation through expedia for 6 days, but only used room for 2 days. Manager Lisa stated she would not refund my remaining days because I didn't booked the room directly with the property.i did reach out to expedia to be compensated for the other 4 days, however no one at hotel will respond. "The two positives about this property were the really kind front desk staff, and the very brightly lit parking lot. I chose this as a solo female because the Expedia bullet point said It was recommended by solo travelers. Whoever they are, I'd say they're not solo women! The building is in disrepair on the outside, and the rooms felt clean-ish. The pool was green and had trash floating in it. The property did not feel solo-female safe at all though, and I locked myself in the room at 6pm...
