"The room was dirty. There were multiple loose floor tiles in the bathroom. The floor was sticky. No dishwashing soap. Dishes still in the dishwasher. Waffle maker’s would not work at breakfast. "

The controls were not intuitive, and air (both warm and cool) would blow across my head while in bed—nothing I did with the vents seemed to help.) There was a generous breakfast available each morning, but it was the exact same offering every day. The only variance was one day there was link sausage (with bacon), one day there was patty sausage (with bacon.). The scrambled eggs were barely warm and runny. All the staff was polite and friendly. Shower pressure was okay. Sink water pressure was very light. Will go back next visit."
