"Poor customer service front desk was very rude "

"The room smells so bad itll turn your stomach. Dirty towels piled by the elavator, soda spilled alover the hall, cigarette butts in the elevator"

"The exit door was broken, and I informed the front desk about it. The door was making too much noise because the hinge was damaged. Every time it closed, it would slam, and we were right next to the exit door, which was very annoying. Unfortunately, nobody listened to our concerns during our five-day stay."

"Overall I would this hotel an okay. Yes, staff was nice polite and friendly however our room its self seemed dirty. My son found a dirty sock in our room as soon as we walked in. The shower had hair, mind you it was only one hair but still that doesn’t give the impression of being cleaned. "
