"Amazing place, very convenient. "

"Good location. Excellent breakfast."

"I liked everything, I used to stay in this hotel when in Almaty when it was even different name. I like everything starting from location and ending with slippers."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel located in a leafy area of Almaty. It's clean, new and decorated in a bright, modern style. The breakfast buffet is great, and the staff are all friendly. I'd definitely stay here again."

"It was great and right next to Kok Tobe."

"Very clean hotel with helpful staff. Restaurant menu options were limited, but the food was good."

"The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases."

"Great considering the price"

"Lovely hotel, clean and the staff were friendly. Beautiful swimming pool and buffet breaks had a variety of food"

"The staff were amazing especially the concierge Madi was great and very helpful,"

"Nice hotel. Stayed there 6 nights. Comfortable "

"Perfect location with spacious rooms. Slightly outdated but very well maintained"

"Оформили ранний заезд, заселились без проблем в районе 6 утра, бронировали два одноместных номера. В моем номере не работал телевизор, до конца продувания его так и не включили. По выезду попросили повторно оплатить проживание, хотя все было оплачено по заезде. Хорошо, что у меня был чек, подтверждающий оплату.. Из за таких нюансов впечатление подпорчено, но в целом - нормально ."

"Excellent breakfast, very friendly helpful staff,"

"The property is centrally located and easy to get around. The room was big and clean. The WiFi was, however, very spotty or very weak at times. I booked the room on Expedia and one of the reasons I booked it was due to the availability of airport shuttle"

"Clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Great location too."

"Friendly and helpful english speaking staff, 10 min. to metro, good value for the price."

"The staff was very friendly!"

"AC doesn't cooling enough, tiny room, breakfast for $21/person. Great SPA"
