"Good thing So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful. I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment. The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need. Weakness There is no elevator for 3rd floor. "

"Great short stay in the center of Almaty during a transfer on Air Astana. Young desk staff were wonderful and helpful. Airport transfer efficient. Room was better than I had expected given the price I paid. Breakfast buffet was excellent if not effusive. Love the local options. Lobby is grand. Location central. A/C struggled during hot spell."

"I recently stayed at the Novotel City Centre for work, and both the hotel and its location were excellent. Unfortunately, I was overcharged by a taxi driver upon arrival at the airport, who demanded 40,000 KZT for a ride that should have cost only 10,000 KZT. However, a member of the hotel staff, Adil, went above and beyond to assist me. "The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. I used room 901, and the TV and single sofa were placed far apart. The iPad was not mirrored on the smart TV. Other than that, I was satisfied and would use it again."

The breakfast was the most extensive buffet we have ever seen; we were shocked that there had been negative reviews. The location is great. There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. "
