Hotel berdekatan Totally Wicked Stadium

"It was a gorgeous room and bathroom all looked brand new. Huge TV on the wall toiletries & hairdryer, iron, kettle, tea, water, earplugs & lovely kingsize bed. 80 yards from St Helens train station & carpark where I left my car overnight. Would stay again if back in St Helens."

"Only stayed one night to go to a concert. Said check in from 3pm but when I arrived at 4pm room was not ready. No air-conditioning in room but it was big & beds looked clean but whole place is in need of decorating. Lift was out if order. Kettle in room but only two mugs for three people. Had to ask a couple of times to get an extra mug. Did not use bath or shower over bath as didn't look clean. Towels are provided but no toiletries. Pub next door was good for a drink beforehand but doesn't do...

"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. Fridge was a fantastic bonus. We haven’t used other facilities like dining room etc but I know that was available. No safety on the windows, my son is 5 so he knew not to go near...

"I liked the fact we had access to the pool, the actual room was a sauna thanks to the ridiculous heat and we unfortunately had the sun side so it was unbearable to be in it for too long. The shower was rotten really dirty and the plug was blocked with so much hair it was unreal."

"On our original room that we had booked , our door wouldn't lock , we had a heplful man who didn't work at the property change us too a room , however this wasn't clean. The toilet had stains on and the sheets had bugs on. Overall disappointed with or stay"

"The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful."
