Table service and freshly cooked and unlike some buffet style breakfasts it is piping hot. We have stayed in other hotels in the area and this is our favourite and the adjoining Italian restaurant is a great place for dinner. We also appreciate the free parking. "The parking was easy and safe as they have 24hr cctv. The room was spacious and clean and came with a bath too. Brilliant service and the breakfast was really good. Well worth it as a stop over for a few nights."

"Really enjoyed our relaxing stay. Lots of attention to detail. Very private spot. Weather was hot so we enjoyed the very comfy sunbeds and were able to eat outside, enjoying the afternoon/evening sunshine. The hosts had provided a large fan in the room, which was most welcome. Plenty of drinks in the fridge and various snacks in the room (crisps/chocolate) Just bring your own food. Hosts are on hand if you have any issues. We enjoyed walking along the canal & exploring Cromwell Bottom...

"Old, characterful building that we thought must have been recently redecorated, but no, just kept clean and well-presented. Hotel is on an elevated spot away from traffic noise. Plenty of free, easy parking. Warm welcome at reception. Christmas lights had just gone up that day which were tastefully done and looked lovely inside and out. We wanted to go into Leeds City Centre. We drove to the Park&Ride which was easy, efficient and gave a regular service. Definitely recommend this place. "
