"The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. "I had trouble getting to sleep due to someones kids playing in the hallway being loud. And there was a mouse in my room. I heard it sqeeking when I woke up and there were mice droppinga on the floor mat in the bathroom. Which were not there before. And no, I did not have food in the room. I've never used their stove or microwave. I've stayed at this establishment many times and this is the first time my peaceful get away from home was not peaceful. "A wonderful stay across the street from the park. it was a1 block walk to fine dining. Breakfast in the morning was terrific. It was a great overnight stay."

"The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

"We chose 4 point for convenience to the KY expo center while showing horses for 5 days. Located right outside Gate 4, this was a great option for our family. My favorite part was how great it smelled inside! That doesn’t happen often with hotels. But it is a priority here as well as cleanliness. We will return."
