Informed Reception...Still Nothing Stayed in Apt 113...As Far back from All Amenities as you can Get !!!..With no other Guests anywhere near Yet Many Guests were in Apts right beside Pool ??..lovely Complex..Good Wifi...Would Still Come Back...Reception Opens at 1pm.."

"Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. "

"No WiFi, we were given a code for the WiFi but could only connect very sporadically. The TV only had one channel, which if you like Big Bang Theory reruns would.ve ok. Or if we had WiFi we could have connected to our own Netflix etc. The shower (whichbwas nice and hot and powerful) flooded the whole bathroom, which has previously caused the bathroom door to swell, making it difficult to open/close. "Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable.
