Staff were amazing from arrival to departure, room service was excellent, food was fantastic.. plenty of options for breakfast. shame I had noisy neighbours below me on my last evening on there balcony untill early hours,it was delt with by staff, (promptly) however, I do think there should be a notice outside in balcony area asking to respect others with noise levels after a certain hour.
