"It has a great location if you want to walk in to town, clean, lovely staff. But it is a big hotel! Swimming pool closes at 6pm even though it was June. Bar area lacks any sort of atmosphere. Guests mainly in their 70s, piano playing in the evening but didnt turn off the back ground music when they were playing so it was a bit of a racket. "Couldn't fault the Biarritz. The location is easily accessible by public transport, the views across the St Brelades Bay are unbelievably fabulous. Staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful. "The Norfolk Lodge Hotel was everything we expected it to be. We had a family room with a double bed and bunk beds. The room was quiet and comfortable.
