"Superior room with amenities, kettle, fridge, ironing board. Slightly smallish in size so getting around the room with luggage on d floor can b quite unpleasant. Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"객실과 뷰가 정말 환상적이었음. 오페라 하우스 뷰는 정말 평생잊지 못할 경험이었다. 차에서 내리면 직원들은 모두 친절했다. 감기에 걸렸는데 따뜻한 물을 요청했고 바로 가져다주었다. 또한 채크인을 빨리해주었고 루프탑 수영장도 하버브릿지 바로 아래라 좋았다. 다만 수질은 좋지 않아보였다. 건물이 오래되었으나 관리눈 잘된 편이다. "

"Quay West has the most fantastic views and was a very comfortable stay. However, a few items were a little dated and needed some maintenance work such as the taps (some did not work) and the dish washer. Overall however it is a great place to stay. "

"Modern hotel in very convenient location for Darling Harbour and easy access to public transport. Sandwiched between major road and busy street (i.e. don't expect great views). Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was high quality but not particularly large, lacking a traditional wardrobe (there was only hanging rail above the case shelf) and the fridge was barely large enough for a couple of bottles of water. Saying that, I'd use this hotel again!"

"An absolutely incredible hotel in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Well connected to all the city has to offer. Beautifully decorated with stunning clean rooms. The highlight for me was the staff- they were all amazing. Housekeeping, the bars, reception etc. all incredibly helpful. Cannot sing their praises enough."
