"The sink was clogged and took forever to drain. The shower was pretty filthy with previous renters hairs on the shower walls. Valet parking was a pain and find out after the fact they charge you additional costs for mandatory parking. The gulf view overlooks the parking lot and the pool...not really ..."

"Everything was very clean and ran smoothly. Common areas were nice. However, beds have been an issue. We stayed here early 2025 and one of the double/queen beds had a dip in the mattress so large you could have literally sat a basketball in the hole. We turned the mattress so the hole was closer ..."

"Tried to get into our room at 4 pm check in and room was not available until 5:30. Dinner reservation at 6 pm and early 11 am check out. Not very relaxing overnight, no time to chill before dinner and then early night."
