Dirty spare linen

Location was great! Had a view of the Gulf. Room was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking. Great to have a washer and dryer. Only complaint was the spare linen for the sofa bed did not seem clean. Blanket smelled and spare pillows were awful. We used the sofa bed so it was disappointing. Housekeeping should check on these items.

We enjoyed our wedding anniversary there. The location is convenient, the staff very nice, the view from the condo beautiful, the beach and sunset perfect. They provided beach chairs and towels. The living room furniture needs to be updated. the sofa bed is old, not comfortable at all. On the day it rained and we had to use it to watch movies, it was awful

View from balcony was stunning. Sunsets every night. Every room faces the ocean. Room spacious. All amenities you would need in kitchen. Pool was a perfect temperature and area around pool had sufficient chairs. Can’t beat stepping out of condo property onto the best beach.

memorial weekend getaway

Location was great with a beautiful view of the gulf. A plus was getting the use of a couple of beach chairs since we traveled by air. There was plenty of towels and supplies like paper towels and soaps. The place could have been cleaned better. There was sand in one of the dining chairs and the floor needed mopped. Bed however was clean and comfortable. One elevator was hit and miss and the other was down our entire stay. The staff was helpful and overall we enjoyed our stay.

I really enjoyed this property but could use some updates to furniture as they were not the cleanest and the night tables were destroyed on the top it is a beautiful spot and would go back again maybe get a different room our room was 305

Loved that the beach was so close and there was parking, BUT the cleanliness if the hotel was horrible. Im pretty sure they didnt clean at all. There was hair and sand in the bed, dishes with food still caked on put int he cupboards, under the fridge had brown dried up liquid on the floor, stained couches/chairs, bathtub has hair in it and a bunch of black stuff in the cracks and what looked like dirt/grease on the bottom, etc. Ended up going elsewhere to shower. There was also stuff left behind in the drawers from people who stayed before us. I found a dirty sock and a white sheet of some sort with dried up blood splotches on it. At first it didnt seem too bad, but this progressed into new findings until the very last day of my 4 night stay since I was only on the hotel if I had to change clothes or sleep. When I reached out, I was promised a call back and never recieved one. My close family member ended up calling on my behalf due to lack of response 4 days ago and has been recieving a run around since.
