"The Meriton in Parramatta is in a great location, close to the Ferry & a short walk to the train station, also has a Woolies Metro next door so super convenient. The apartment itself was clean & quiet, only downside was the couch was a little uncomfortable to sit on but other than that it was great. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, nothing was an issue, we had the pleasure of being served by Marija who was an absolute pleasure to speak with as was Declan, in fact all of the staff...

"I was impressed by how efficiently the hotel handled not only check-in and check-out, but also providing information and allowing guests to contact the reception through an iPad. I was also impressed by how I could use the panel in the room to set the "Do Not Disturb" sign and request room cleaning, instead of hanging a tag on the door. In addition, I appreciated the security system in the elevator, which only allowed access to the floors corresponding to each guest's key card."
