"I only stayed one night but great customer service. The receptionist was great. I had a problem with my room and was moved immediately. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because there was no hot water. Not sure why and I was too exhausted to find out. It’s very close to the airport that’s why I stayed there. I will definitely stay there again if I have an early flight. "

"I love that my room was mopped/wiped every morning. Housekeeping staff Latoya was “Amazing” Hotel was conveniently located, I was quickly able to moved around, 5mins walk to Devon House. Both Jamaican and Continental Breakfast were served. I most definitely enjoyed the freshly cooked dumplings, yam and banana with different meat or vegetable. Restaurant staffs were kind, courteous and professional. Thank you all for making my stay pleasant!!!"

"Did not receive details from Host to access property and had to find another property to stay. Tried reaching out to Expedia but this is the hardest thing as there is only IA contact and no human contact to be able to explain the situation. I would appreciate if someone would contact me from Expedia regarding this uneventful stay. It was not a good situation to be. Got to the property and was told that there were no reservations in my name (bookings for my mother) and this was very disappointing to say the least. EXPEDIA, PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS URGENTLY, VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER."
