"The property was well maintained, the staff were very accommodating. However it would be nice if there were more activities offered and even if there were small prices to be won; something as small as a cocktail from the bar. Overall, I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family."

"Likes: 1 staff's attention, friendliness, and follow-through, 2 Royal suite's pool/outdoor area-privacy, spaciousness and overall relaxing comfort 3 restaurants' staff friendliness, efficiency and food variety-tastes - every meal was incredible thanks to head chef Brenda Joseph and her staff Unique Moments: 1 advance email inquiry for special room, food, vacation requests; all requests met 2 arrival front office greeting AND knowing our names 3 immediate resolution to maintenance issues 4 Fabian's personalized guest experience check-ins almost every day 5 ABSOLUTELY MOST IMPRESSIVE - Caralena, the assistant food and beverage manager, checked and arranged a pre-order when we shared that we had incredible frogs' legs and sweetbreads in France. Caralena and Brenda created the dishes for our last dinner AND the dishes tasted even BETTER than those we had in Paris! Dislike: 1 having to leave"
