"Overall experience was good. Got locked out of our room. Then asked for help which was immediate. The front desk was not staffed all the time. Ought to have had a notice in these instance of where to go for help. The land line was out of action the proceeding week of our staff when telephoning for booking confirmation but now fixed. Excellent fully cooked breakfasts to die for."

"I love this hostle. Its so convenient. Its clean. Its got great transport links via the bus system . Its got great food on site, bar , menu and breakfast all great. "Room was very well maintained to a high standerd. room was small but this was ok as only ever used for a single guest. Breakfast cooked to order and was a generous portion. "Had an incredible stay at this cosy hotel/pub! The staff were beyond friendly, making us feel welcomed right from the start. The bed was the epitome of comfort, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after each exciting day. We'll definitely be coming back. The food was nothing short of amazing, with the Sunday carvery being a highlight – it's a hit with the locals too, so a tip for future guests: make sure to book in advance.
