"This was a great hotel. Mainly for its location. Centrally located in the east village it was so close to the Bowery ballroom where I was seeing a few shows that weekend. Also the rooms are just perfectly sized with a great view. Bathrooms are spacious. The bed is comfy. And there are two restaurants in the hotel itself. Everything just plain works. Can’t wait to return. "

John, my barbados sister, and also my friend who lived in Staten Island, who was so happy when I got the chance to experience snow for the first time (ps can't remember their names) also had an issue with the heater in the room, called the front desk and within minutes they sent a portable one with a technician while they tried fixing the problem...
