Great customer service at check in. This staff knows how to communicate and treat a guest. Clear explanations on the amenities, etc.
Great breakfast, and the 3:00 pm fresh popcorn is great. 5:30 to 7:00 they provide complimentary beer and wine, as well as a few snacks, such as chips.
They have a soda fountain which is available all day long. So wonderful for when I needed a quick sip of bubbly but DID NOT want a bottle, can, etc. Brilliant benefit!!
Snack shop for purchase had a great variety of snacks. Not over done but the perfect amount to get a person through. Due to my work schedule, I sometimes needed something to eat when I arrived back at the hotel late. They carried a personal cheese pizza that was enjoyable and made in the microwave.
Also, the free parking was excellent. It's an old historic building but the ramps and parking was great. I felt safe on the parking floor and easy access to the hotel doors.
Also, I received a package while staying. They made a note in my profile and was waiting for me at the front desk!
