"This little boutique hotel was so very clean and comfortable. While the room was a bit dated it was spacious with kitchen items for small meals. Staff at the desk Davone and Cherish bar staff Shaneka&Sashanna and housekeeping Akemia all went out of their way to make us comfortable appreciated and relaxed. Outstanding job cleansing Akemia! Pool was great food was good. Happy was fun,should be Happy hour for non drinkers as well.Very secure and safe. We will be back."

"The room is clean, staff is friendly but our bathroom is outdated. Bathroom room sink was draining slow. Toilet Handel need to be pulled down twice to flush out throughly. Shower head needed to be replaced as it was not centered and tilted to the right."

"Hugely disappointing! Check in was a shambles, it took well over an hour, we had to queue to get a clipboard to fill out a form, despite providing all the information the previous day online as requested which was a complete waste of time, then wait for our name to be called to complete the check in. There was no hairdryer in our room, two wardrobes with a total of seven clothes hangers and no cushions on the balcony chairs. we stayed for 3 nights and had no hot water on any night for a shower. There was a buffett restaurant, an a la carte rest"
