"The location is great. Stone away from shopping centre. Lots of overnight parking available. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was included but we couldn't have it due to early morning flight. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was clean and spotless. We loved our stay and will come back. "

"The hotel was perfect and appreciate the upgrade. Wish I had booked 2 nights. Had brunch at the lobby bar but they never placed my order. Finally one attendant sorted it all out when he found out, and in the end didn’t charge me for the meal. Kind of a downer because there’s a lot of spots that people can dine at so more attention needed for training here and having staff that care because your houseguests give you priority over the neighboring eateries. "This property is perfect for me. Close to Westfield, restaurants and public transport. I am a regular here as it ticks all the boxes for my Brisbane stays. Also has free undercover parking which is a bonus. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are clean and comfy. Another bonus is the grab & go breakfast. Always enjoy my stay here."

"Hotel is very convenient to the bars and clubs of the Valley Mall. Room was spacious with comfortable bed. Shower was excellent. Pool area with sun lounges on rooftop was a nice place to swim and sunbathe. Parking on site at $30 was reasonable. Would definitely stay here again. "
