"My room was the size of a closet, no elevator to assist, had to walk up the stairs with all my luggage, luckily I was able to get a 2nd floor room. Bell boy didn’t want to take our luggage to the 4th floor so we were able to get a 2nd floor room. Cats were everywhere! Property does not look ANYTHING ..."
