"The front desk staff was nowhere to be found at check-in. I waited outside the locked front doors calling the front desk for over 5 minutes and then got in with assistance from a guest. From there, I waited about 10 minutes and she finally arrived back to her work station. She was great to work With but her absence causing a long waiting time was very annoying. "
