"The hosts were great, the place was clean, everything we needed for a short stay was there. Everything was marked well, easy to find, and clear instructions were set out for the use of amenities in/around the property. Bonus points for the cruelty free products that were supplied. There were a couple of small things that would have really gave it that extra something though. It would have been nice to have a little space to sit outside on such nice days, even just enough room for a patio chair...

"Mary (reception, cook and cleaning lady) was friendly and very accommodating. The room (two queen beds on the third floor) was very large, with great soaker tub for two, but the jets weren’t working due to “electrical issue”. The interior of the house appears well maintained, and rooms/bathrooms are beautifully decorated, very clean and very cozy bed/pillows. The exterior of the house is greatly in bad state - front entrance posts are rotting and house exterior needs a major paint job - not good...

Door closed, call emercency no, learned that I have been transferred to ABBA INN on Queen's Road ?? again door locked & no enveloppe with the keys for the door and for the room, long wait outside on the street, lost my evening waiting for help, finally a russian person gave me a key for room 6 in ABBA INN."
