"Front desk staff was very helpful; the only issue I had was the pullout mattress was like a pancake. I felt the springs when sleeping; I asked for a new mattress and they weren’t able to replace it but did send extra bedding."

"Was okay. First time here and to the islands. It seems nicer in the photos. We went during a time where there was sargassum (seaweed) on the main beach by the lobby, they did offer shuttles to nearby beaches but we had a car to use instead. Not a ton of things to do, some activities but limited really ..."

Lindbergh Bay Hotel and Villas
"The pictures are a fraud. There’s no restaurant on the premises at all. The pool looks nothing like the pic. My bed sheets were dirty and had false eyelashes attached to them. There was construction done daily. Men were throwing large rocks down a shaft from 8am to 4pm DAILY!!! Including the weekend! ..."
