It’s best play for couples to relax from outside world. Service is amazing by Gabi and Jennifer. We are vegetarian so they made adjustments for us. It’s very beautiful. We enjoyed our 10th anniversary

Magnificent!! Property is breathtaking. Our suite was stunning. Every little touch is so special and the room immaculate. So quiet. Just hear the birds outside chirping. The owner gave us a private tour of the beautiful main house. So much interesting history!! Very very nice people that own this Plantation. They are taking such great care of it. Oh and the southern breakfast was exceptional. We will be back. We had a wonderful 36th Anniversary.

This is an incredible place. The staff/owners are very tentative, kind, and informative. The rooms are perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. If you are looking for a quiet tranquil escape, this is it! Btwn the plantation tour, a full breakfast, and the lovely Stacey /Hal / Julie it is a must stay!!! It was a lovely stay. The tour of the house ( either guided or on your own) was well done, especially as it was augmented with historical photos that helped with the visualization. Angola rodeo weekend with my wife!

Went to the Angola rodeo. Greenwood is only a few miles down the highway from the rodeo. The owners are fantastic, friendly, and Very accommodating!

The mansion is one of the most beautiful we’ve ever seen, totally restored from a 1960 fire. The B&B is separate from the mansion, but we had a wonderful clean and well appointed room. We were however, surprised that it was about 20 minutes from center town.

The B&B is beautiful and the upstairs rooms have an amazing view of the plantation across a little frog filled pond. The property manager was so sweet and helpful and she’s bringing breakfast to us in our room tomorrow. The National anthem plays at 6 pm sharp and was especially nice as we are staying on Memorial Day. The bed is very comfortable and the ac will freeze you out! The black out curtains and satellite tv are nice bonuses.

My wife and I can’t say enough about this place. Greenwood Plantation Bed and Breakfast is PERFECT in every sense of the word. The location is perfect if you want a quiet, serene place to relax. Beautiful and well maintained property with the most beautiful views from the bed and breakfast porch. The mansion and the oak trees are breathtaking. The owners, Hal and Julie, are some of the nicest people we’ve ever met. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and they provide you with the most thoughtful little details to make sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. The room was impeccable and the breakfast was absolutely perfect. Thank you, Stacy!😊 We enjoyed every second of our stay and we will be back for sure!!!

Absolutely Fantastic!

Our visit to The Greenwood Plantation Bed & Breakfast was absolutely wonderful! Easy check in and fabulous room. Open hospitality room with free bottled water, ice and homemade cookies during our entire stay. Beautiful view of lake and plantation home from our room, and great country view from back balcony of horses. We even saw deer and squirrels while there. The owners (Hal and Julie) live on the property and are very welcoming. They provide a free plantation home tour with your overnight stay. Breakfast was wonderful and the service was excellent. Room was very clean with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommend you booking this location for a nice relaxing visit.

Perfect Getaway!

It was my wife and I’s 5th Anniversary, and we wanted to sneak away for the night and get out the norm! Pictures do this place no justice. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Its location out in the country by itself is so peaceful. My wife and I were blown away by the owners and how down to earth they are. We watched them sit outside with a couple all afternoon chatting. Hey there early and on time and engorge relaxation! Rooms are clean and comfy! Breakfast is fresh and not a buffet style. Definitely recommend you staying! We will be back!
