"The front desk wasn’t real welcoming or helpful. But the staff in the rest of the hotel was extremely kind. So the check in was a lil rough but the snack time people were fabulous. Also we had to go to the ballroom bc of tornado warnings and the whole staff helping was wonderful and brought water for all of us. So we had a mixed experience."
