The Local - St. Augustine
Plenty of parking, my room was clean with cold air and hot water. I enjoyed my stay. The check in was confusing as the instructions said to pick up my keys at the front desk, there is no front desk! I walked around the building looking for one.

Edgewater Inn
Breakfast was unique and tasty, quiche. Dining room view of waterfront. Parking right in front of room, convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean bed excellent, nice shower. Budget Inn St. Augustine
Our second time staying at Budget Inn! It’s a little piece of 50’s nostalgia with some modern updates. The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk attendant was super friendly and helpful. Less than a 2 mile drive to Anastasia State Park.

The property is just OK one big negative is there a checkout time is 10 AM one hour earlier than everyone else they need to change this it’s not fair to the guest and would be a reason to get a different hotel
