We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). "Let me start by saying this is not the place for those looking for quiet. With that out of the way I love this place. It’s in a prime location on queen west. So much nightlife, close to trinity bellwoods, so many places to eat grab a coffee and relax on a patio. The rooms are cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The pillows are too shelf. "The property is in a good location within walking distance to various attractions eg The Eton Centre which is a big shopping mall with lovely shops and a huge food court. The staff were exceptional; friendly and always ready to help. It was clean throughout the hotel and the buffet breakfast was very good. The chef came out a couple of times to chat to us which was a nice touch. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay. 10 out of 10."
