"The rooms were clean and comfortable and we loved the community room with extra room essentials, laundry area, and storage space. The location is also very walkable and convenient. Wish there was a guest bathroom to use downstairs by the laundry/storage room. And the setup of not having a front desk, phone number, or actual people to communicate with was tricky. Not sure I recommend it for everyone. We had to communicate via Whatsapp, and sometimes responses were not fast enough."

"A great little hotel. Lovely, clean room, & pretty spacious for London, perfect for a one night getaway. Breakfast was table service (no buffet), but a good choice on the menu and overall good quality. I would definitely consider staying again!"

"A lovely hotel just a stone’s throw from St Paul’s Cathedral, with an excellent selection of places to eat right on the doorstep. The room was small but perfectly normal for London, comfortable and well laid out to maximise the space. Breakfast was excellent, with loads of choice. The entrance was step free and the rooms were accessible. The aircon was excellent especially as London was in the midst of a heatwave! My only minor gripe was the bathroom’s sliding door, which was a bit stiff to open...

"The level of customer service fir this hotel was off the charts! Concierge check in, upgraded room, chilled water station on every floor, no request was too much for the staff, roof top bar was super fun and great bar and cocktails at Lyonasse! Definitely will stay again"

"We had a great stay here last week! The pub is very close to the Farringdon tube which made getting out and coming home each day that much simpler. Especially when we had our luggage. The room we got was fairly large and had strong air conditioning which was very necessarily in July! Pub stuff was welcoming and very helpful, especially upon our arrival. I would not recommend this place if you have any mobility issues or issues with stairs, but otherwise I will be recommending to friends and...

"Plausible time travel decor - ambience conjures late 18th, early 19th c origin of building (in fact very eclectic but why quibble). Room comfortable and nothing lacking. "Great location with easy access to several Underground Trains. Wi-Fi worked very well. We had trouble with the TV in the bedroom at it was replaced after we notified the front desk. We were on the 5th floor and did not have trouble with the noise...but it is there for those that are light sleepers. Great to have a kitchen and washer for clothes. Very helpful indeed."
